Located on the cliffs of Negril, overlooking the Caribbean Sea, thisfamily operated resort offers a pool and cliff-side lounging, spa services, a bar and restaurant. You will have Two Daily Yoga Classes, (with one afternoon off) appropriate for experienced yoga students, as well as beginners who are willing to learn and are fit.
  • The 8am class will wake you up and prepare you for the day ahead when you are on your own (with Angelena’s guidance).
  • The four o'clock class will offer something special each day. Angelena’s classes tend to be a gentle, yet dynamic flow as they relax, balance and energize you.
